We have a dedicated board of trustees & committee members who volunteer their time and expertise to provide activities and facilities for the Pittenweem New Town Hall.

We are always on the look out for new members ( trustees, committee members and volunteers)  that would like to get involved.

If you are aged 16 years or over you can become a trustee and help with the day to day running of the hall.

You can work as many or as few hours as you like but you do not get paid for your time being a trustee. However, you would be able to vote for changes and policies that may arise.

Or you can be a committee member which allows you to attend our monthly meetings and take part in discussions. But you cannot vote on any changes or policies within the organisation.

We really need to increase our trustees and committee members as the hall is becoming much busier which leads to more work needing to be done.

If you would like to know more about any of the roles, then please contact chairperson; Margaret Wardlaw on 01333 312 362 or email;

Alternatively ,why not come along and sit in on a meeting to see what happens. Our meetings are held  on the last Wednesday afternoon of the month at 2pm. We are happy to change this to the last Thursday of every month at 7pm if that would suit people better.
